These terms apply to any of our iCloudReady
By signing up for an iCloudReady Cloud License, you and any entity that you represent ("Customer") are unconditionally consenting to be bound by and becoming parties to these iCloudReady subscription terms ("Agreement") as of the date of the customer's first download of the licensed materials (the "effective date"). The customer's continued use of the software or any licensed materials provided by iCloudReady.
